Yesterday I started up a new painting, so this is the sketching stage of Pharaoh hound pastel portrait in progress. His name was Emerson and it is commissioned by a returning client.
This artwork will serve as a wonderful memorial piece of this beautiful dog.
The painting is quite large, size 24″x18″ and is painted on Pastelmat paper. I’ve used some different pastel papers in past, however with this one it’s a game changer really.
Emerson will be framed over here once the frame is delivered!
