Dog Portrait in Pastel of Zorba – Final Scan

Dog portrait in pastel Zorba

Yesterday I completed a new dog portrait in pastel! Zorba is drawn on white Canson Mi Tientes Touch paper in size 55x45cm. We decided to add a little more color to this drawing than I usually do with my pastel portraits in this style, since Zorba was drawn with a blurry background scene. I’m delighted with the outcome and I hope my client will love it as I do.

I scanned this drawing in 6 parts and puzzled the pieces together in Photoshop, only a little editing of the digital image was needed this time. The drawing will be delivered with a white mount/matt as all my drawings, if they aren’t framed before sent.

The artwork of Zorba will selve as a wonderful gift to a very happy recipient! I’m glad I could create this very special gift. If you are interested in the work in progress of Zorba, visit my older posts with all stages I managed to upload while drawing.
