First steps of Watercolor Pet Portraits
Yesterday and today I have been painting the two watercolors of Adrian and Dodger and I´m posting the first steps of the paintings. Watercolor is a very hard medium to paint with from the beginning to the end, especially if you don´t use white colors. It`s nice to paint watercolor portraits every now and then because it`s very relaxing. Hope you like it so far…

Looks beautiful so far! I love watercolor, it’s so nice to paint with and is indeed relaxing. I love to see work like this, not finished and still in progress

Hi Terese,
It’s nice with watercolor, even I don’t have a clue exacly how it will look at the end. So let’s see what will happen with one of the portraits tomorrow.
