Kevin initially contacted me to paint Poochi in sketchy oil, but as he had such wonderful reference photos I asked him if he would consider a detailed portrait instead. After the decision he made I painted the Staffordshire terrier in detailed oils in size 30 x 25 cm. It's a small oil painting but still have wonderful colors, light and details. Kevin was delighted with the outcome and gave this as a birthday surprise to his partner in year 2011.
