I had to write the terms and conditions to read before you order a portrait from me. Many times people don’t read my ordering information but will have to read the terms before ordering a portrait. There are some very important information’s for you to know about your rights when ordering your portrait from me.
Payment for my Pet Portraits
Every customer has to pay for the pet portrait in advance and the payment is done on my price page with “Buy buttons” and are paid via Paypal. It is 100% secure to pay through Paypal. You have to contact me before you make the payment.
100% satisfaction guarantee
I offer 100% satisfaction guarantee to every customer and that means that we won’t stop before you are 100% satisfied with your portrait. This is not a money back guarantee because you pay me for my professional custom services and its not like items you buy in a store. It takes a lot of time and effort to create each pet portrait and that time is not something we can get back. As a guarantee I have my work in progress pages where you can watch your portrait develop from a simple drawing to a finished and detailed portrait. You as a customer must have full input from early stage in order for the satisfaction guarantee be valid. I photograph or scan each stage of the painting or drawing steps and scan the final result of the portrait. The final scan you will see on the work in progress page is never that good as the original because of light and colour differences from the real painting.
Photographs quality for a detailed portrait
I have the right to turn down you photographs if they aren’t suitable for a portrait created by me. You will have to photograph new pictures with help of my guide “how to photograph your dog or cat”. If the animal isn’t alive anymore, then it’s nothing to do about the photographs quality and I will not be able to paint it. Read my order information in order to see my standards of photo quality.
If you order a portrait as a gift to your family or friends and you provide a reference photo you would like to use for a portrait and it then happens that the recipient doesn’t like the reference photo and because of that doesn’t like the drawing or painting, you are able to order a new portrait for 60% of the price.
Portrait delivery time
My portraits are very popular and I do have a commission cue. It doesn’t matter if you are in a hurry to get your portrait done; I can’t leave someone out because of you being in a hurry. I have gone from 1 week timetable to 2 months timetable in a very short time and I have a commission cue list to see whose tern it is.
Portraits are unframed
The prices I have on my web site price page doesn’t include frames. You are able to purchase a frame from me but for a price.
Privacy
Your email or phone number will never get in hands of someone else. I personally assure you that your personal information will never leave confines of this website. Your name may appear on the testimonial page if you agree to comments you make on the artwork can be displayed on the testimonial page.
Reproduction rights
Any Artwork created by me is commissioned for personal use only and can’t be used for financial gain. I do own the reproduction copyright on all my artwork. For your reproduction rights you have to pay an extra fee and the price is not included on my pricelist.
Shipping
Packing and shipping of the artwork is Free and no hidden fees will come along with your commission. I pack all my portraits in a way that is recommended by experts. If however your portrait still do have damage when it arrives to your address I’m not giving any money back. Big paintings are shipped with UPS.

All images and texts on my website are Copyrighted. Copyrights © by Katja Turnsek. No images can be used on other websites without my permission. Texts can never be on any other website because of duplicate content problems.
