Payment for the Portrait
Every customer has to pay a deposit of 50% for the portrait in advance. If you pay a deposit on my deposit payment page, I will send a paypal money request directly to your email with the rest of the amount for the 50% payment that is done in advance, before I start work on the portrait. After the portrait is finished and approved by you, the rest of payment is done.

I offer 100% Money back guarantee if you aren’t happy with the result! As a guarantee I have my work in progress pages where you can watch your portrait develop from a simple drawing to a finished and detailed portrait. You as a client must have full input from early stage in order for the Money back guarantee to be valid. I photograph or scan each stage of the painting or drawing steps and scan the final result of the portrait, after that you have the right to require minor changes.
If you aren’t happy with the portrait once it has arrived to your home, you will have to send the portrait back to me and pay 50% of the total costs for the portrait. If you however would like to make changes to the portrait once you receive it, you only pay for the shipping costs from you and back.
Photograph quality for a detailed portrait
I have the right to turn down you photographs if they aren’t suitable for a portrait created by me. If you really want a high quality portrait you will need to photograph new ones. If the animal isn’t alive anymore, then it’s nothing to do about the photographs quality and I will not be able to paint it. Read my portrait guide in order to see my standards of photo quality.
If you order a portrait as a gift to your family or friends and you provide a reference photo you would like to use for a portrait and it then happens that the recipient doesn’t like the reference photo and because of that doesn’t like the drawing or painting, you are able to order a new portrait for 60% of the price. It can be good to purchase a Gift Voucher if you arent sure what to do.
Portrait delivery time
My portraits are very popular and I do have a commission cue. It doesn’t matter if you are in a hurry to get your portrait done; I can’t leave someone out because of you being in a hurry. I have gone from 1 week timetable to 2 months timetable in a very short time and I have a commission cue list to see whose tern it is. It can be good to purchase a Gift Voucher if you are too lait to commission a portrait for a deadline.
Portraits are unframed
The prices I have on my web site price page doesn’t include frames.
Privacy
Your email, address or phone number will never get in hands of someone else. I personally assure you that your personal information will never leave confines of this website. Your name may appear on the testimonial page if you agree to comments you make on the artwork can be displayed on the testimonial page.
Reproduction rights
Any artwork created by me is commissioned for personal use only and can’t be used for financial gain. I do own the reproduction copyright on all my artwork. For your reproduction rights you have to pay an extra fee and the price is not included on my pricelist. please contact me for further information.
Shipping
Packing and shipping of the artwork through regular mail is Free and no hidden fees will come along with your commission. I pack all my portraits in a way that is recommended by experts. If however your portrait still does have damage when it arrives to your address we will get our money back, because I always pay extra insurance when shipping. Big paintings are shipped with UPS and paid by you.
Damage in Transit
If the portrait has been damaged in transit you will have to photograph the damages and send the photos to me. The we can arrange what will be done. I always pay extra for insurance when I send my portraits and you will be able to get your money back or I can create a new portrait for you.
Security
I use Paypal as my online payment provider for all my Portraits, prints and Gift Vouchers. It is the safest and easiest way of purchasing.
