This Pastel Pet portrait of the Papillion dog Idefix was painted on Velour paper to reproduce as Giclée FIne Art Prints. The original painting is in size 38 x 36 cm
and was painted in year 2010. The photograph was taken by Ylva Malm in Sweden and she recieved a Print as payment for letting me use her beautiful photo as a reference for this painting.

When I was waiting for the picture I didn't really know what to expect because it would only a print of the original. But now that I've received my print of Idefix I'm so happy with it! It's really beautiful and sharp, and it has a nice size. I really like having a painting of him from when he was younger and had a more vibrant color.
He's starting to turn lighter in the face now and the fur gets more and more curly every year. I'm very pleased with the result, thank you very much Katja!
