reproduction rights for artwork

If you are a publisher, manufacturer or just have your own company and would like to use my animal art created for open edition prints, custom created prints for various products or just postcards and high quality prints you are more then welcome to contact me and we can discuss it further. Just let me know what subject you would like to get painted or drawn. I paint and draw in Oils, Watercolors, Colored pencils, Graphite pencils and Pastel.

Copyright Information

You can’t ”Buyout” (get full and complete reproduction rights) the rights or gain the Copyright for any of my art, I will remain the full rights owner. I would never let anyone buy all rights of my creations because that would mean I would never have any financial gain for the artwork I created ever again. I couldn’t live with that, even if I would never sell any prints out of that particular artwork again.

If your company commissions me for licensed artwork you can never gain full ownership of my original works and reproduce from the original. You can not either sublicense my art to other companies without having me to approve and sign each agreement. If you buy the rights to sell any of my printed artwork the agreement will be signed for a limited time, and at the same time I still hold my own rights to sell the prints. Some other company can still buy the same rights to sell my prints if anything else wasn’t agreed to in the contract between us with the price accordingly.
