These two dogs in pastels are Chihuahua Bossy and Crossbreed Sunshine. They are painted on a dark brown Sennelier pastel card in a bespoke size, which is 35 x 26 cm. It's a quite small size for two full body portraits so the dogs are very small on the paper. I created this pastel portrait in year 2010 for a client in USA , it was a Christmas gift for her friend. The client also decided to get the portrait professionally framed by my local framer, view the photos of the framed pastel portrait below.
